Who is responsible for your data

DigiConnect SARL, headquartered in Sousse (Rue Turki N° 604, Sahloul 1), reachable at contact@digiconnect.tn.

The data we collect

Only the data you send us:

• project form: needs, project stage, timeline, project description, company, website, name, email and phone number;
• partner form: agency, country, website, services needed, volume, requirements, name, email and message;
• newsletter: email address and, if you provide it, your name.

This information is stored, along with the date it was sent, in the site's back office, on servers located in the European Union.

To protect the forms against automated submissions, your IP address is used when you send a form (to limit the number of submissions and for the anti-spam check); it is not stored with your request.

Why we use it

• to reply to your request and prepare a proposal;
• to send you the newsletter, if you have subscribed;
• to protect the site's forms against spam.

How long we keep it

Three years after our last exchange for a business request. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, in one click.

Who can access it

The DigiConnect team, and only the technical providers we strictly need:

• Our hosting provider (European Union): hosting of the site and of the back office where your requests are stored;
• Resend: sending the site's emails, including the notification of your request to our team;
• Brevo: managing the list and sending the newsletter;
• Cloudflare: anti-spam check of the forms (Turnstile).

Resend and Cloudflare are US companies: the data they process on our behalf may be transferred outside Tunisia and the European Union. Your data is never sold.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, by writing to contact@digiconnect.tn. You can also lodge a complaint with the Instance nationale de protection des données personnelles (INPDP) in Tunisia or, if you live in the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking technologies. It only keeps a few technical details in your browser:

• a language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE), deleted when you close your browser, which remembers the site language;
• your light or dark theme choice, if you have made one (browser local storage);
• the fact that the home page intro animation has already played, so that it is not shown again (session storage, cleared when you close the tab).

The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check is only loaded when you start filling in a form.

Audience measurement, once in place, will be anonymous and cookie-free (Umami).
