Questions from partners

Will my client know you are involved?
No, if that is what you want. On request we sign an NDA, and we work with no direct contact with your client and no mention of DigiConnect.
Will you approach my clients?
No. Your clients stay yours: on request, we sign a non-solicitation agreement in addition to the NDA.
Who owns the code and the deliverables?
This is set out in the agreement signed with you before we start: ownership of the code, the files and the access.
How do we communicate during the project?
On your tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp or email, plus your project management tool (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion…). With a single point of contact at DigiConnect.
Which option should we start with?
Most partners start with a single project. Once requests become regular, reserved capacity or a dedicated team is easier to manage.
How are prices set?
On quote, per project or as reserved monthly capacity.
What happens after delivery?
Maintenance and improvements remain available, always under your brand.
